Hooterville

I still have this dreadful cold and a cough that sounds like a fried egg spluttering in a pan. Not the most conducive state for working on edits! I am, however, making good progress, by some miracle. I'm just stopping by to post a few photos from an outing with Cathy last week - to Hooters! I've seen Hooters on television for years and heard it referenced in all sorts of places (all right - I watched one episode of Undercover Boss). It was actually much nicer than I expected. Our waitress was lovely, and very gracious when I played the tourist and asked for a photograph with her - she told us that she worked at Hooters because she liked owls. And she had little owl earrings to prove it.
