DIY - Open Toe Boots

Haven't totally signed on to open toed boots quite yet - always been slightly confused as to when to wear them - boots to me mean its cold. Anyway, love this DIY - chopping the front out of a pair of boots to create the peep toe. Definitely style on a budget. Why not when they'll probably go out of fashion soon anyway (v. sorry to all those open toe boot lovers out there!)
