DIY Pearl Collar Top - The Velvet Bow

The beautiful Jessie from The Velvet Bow delighted me yesterday when I saw the DIY pearl collar top she made, inspired by the one I made here. Isn't it lovely? I liked it so much that I made another one last night using a red silk tee I picked up in a thrift shop. Keep up the amazing DIYs people!
